Womb to Bloom
Doula Care
Welcome — I’m Kaylicia, the owner of Womb to Bloom Doula Care!
I’m a Birth and Postpartum Doula based in North Carolina, supporting families since 2021. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, and my approach to this work is rooted in both education and lived experience.

Womb to Bloom is my solo practice — which means when you reach out, you’re connecting directly with me. I provide hands-on, judgment-free support through labor, birth, and the often overlooked postpartum season. My goal is to help you feel steady, informed, and supported through it all. Becoming a parent changes everything. And not just for the baby — for you, your partner, your rhythm, your home. At Womb to Bloom, I support the birth of the entire family. My care is grounded, intuitive, and rooted in helping you move through this transition with clarity and calm. Whether you're preparing for birth or settling in with your newborn, you're not meant to do it alone — and with me, you won't have to.

The Journey with Me...
Support that grows with you — from first contractions to first full nights of sleep.
No two families need the same kind of support — and no two seasons of birth and postpartum feel the same. That’s why my care is designed to evolve as you do.

During Birth:
We prepare together — not with pressure or checklists, but honest conversations about what brings you comfort and what you want to carry into your birth space. When labor begins, I’m not just showing up — I already know what matters to you.
You're supported with intention, not just presence.

After Birth:
The real work begins at home. My postpartum care meets you in those long days and foggy nights — with a plan that steps back slowly, as your confidence steps forward:

Soft Landing – Close, early care
Settled In – Ongoing support with room to stretch
Thrive & Transition – A full season of guidance, with a gentle exit
Birth & Postpartum Support That Feels Like a Deep Exhale...
I offer calm, affirming care for first-time parents, neurodivergent moms, and families who want guidance that adapts to their needs — not pressure to perform. My work centers on presence, not perfection.
My support includes:
-
Personalized birth prep
-
Hands-on labor support
-
Day and overnight postpartum care
-
ADHD-aware rhythms and communication
-
Support that gradually steps back as you grow more confident
